Energy efficiency in schools'buildings: tools for energy performance analysis

EFFECTS project team agreed to use Energy performance analysis digital tool for Assessment of the Energy System in three countries with focus on public consumption of energy.

After collecting data, their analysis, each project partner will, according to the EE audit reports, define the institution in which investments will be made in the form of equipment or reconstruction or in some other adequate way to optimize energy consumption or replace it with a better energy source.
It was stated that many energy sources are dirty sources (coal, oil, heating oil, etc.) and that each intervention will greatly improve the reduction of CO2 footprint.

All partners focus on public institutions (schools, kindergartens or similar institutions) which, according to the findings of the energy audit, are large inefficient and uneconomical energy consumers with large heating losses.
